EAT LESS FRUIT
Yes, less. Not more.
Why? I am a fruit monster. I probably eat 8-10 pieces of fruit on average per day. Fruit is raw, natural and has lots of nutrients. Trust me, I get it. But it is also straight up sugar and carbs. My goal is actually to replace a portion of that fruit with veggies and protein. I need more protein if I want to achieve my goal of having Madonna's arms.
So, according to Jamie Eason, who is (in my opinion) the most fit person on earth, one should limit themselves to two pieces of fruit a day and stick to berries when possible.
Wish me luck people, this is going to be a hard one! I always have fruit as a snack so I'm going to need replacements!
Anyone have any veggie or protein snack ideas?
